Upon receipt of the deposit, Twisted Oak Tavern (TOT) will reserve the space requested for the exclusive use of the event. The deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to the event date. The deposit will be applied to the outstanding balance at the end of the event. The customer agrees to notify (TOT) of updated guest counts and menu changes no later than 7 days prior to the event date. In the event of inclement weather, TOT will attempt to move the event to an alternate space in the restaurant but cannot guarantee the availability of a suitable alternate space and is not responsible for any associated costs.
